bitnami adding /-1 to some url's

I’m using bitnami for a wordpress site.
We have changed the root to be domain.com instead of domain.com/wordpress

Once we made this change, some pages automatically get /-1 added to the url and appear as 404’s.

For example, the homepage now returns: domain.com/-1
Our about page now shows: domain.com/about/-1

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
Half of this site is now broken.
