Bind custom role to admin page

    I’ve made an admin page showing some records accessible from WP admin via www.xyz.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=show-records-handle. how can I define a new user role bonded to this page?

    So users having this role could see the page, otherwise an error message shown.
