Binaries reported missing but they are there.

    Everything checks out on the log, except the binaries apparently don’t run on your server (with linux servers, there’s no such thing as a universal binary, every system is different).

    Ask Mediatemple what distribution and version of linux they are using, and also check with them to see if they are able to execute the binaries residing on your server.
