Billing for something we do not have!

UM keeps sending us emails about auto-renew of “extension pass”, which we do not have, and have never had. We have been in touch with support via thier website, have responded to the emils, etc. and have heard NOTHING back. Today a charge of $249 USD came into our account for “extension pass”. This is ridiculous and borders on fraudulent. Hoping to finally get a response here in this thread.
