You can dispute the payment with your payment card company or paypal and this should prevent you from being billed.
Don’t expect a reply from them ever. It’s very important that you call your credit card company and have them reverse the charge and block them. We’ve had several discussions on here about w3tc and their abandoned premium service. If you don’t you can expect more automated charges in the future.
For those of us still using this plugin (for free) i still prefer it since i am a coder and have had an easy time keeping up with its breaks that might pop up from time to time — i now have my own forked version. Right now it works perfectly for me (after my patches, tweaks, and enhancements) and so i see no reason to jump to another plugin (for me)…yet 😉

hey Kimberly – thanks for the headsup – I hadn’t realised the background to their premier service… i think for someone like me WPRocket works better – I don’t mind tweaking under the hood but patches and forks are a little too much work 🙂
I’ll get onto my bank.

Sorry – but just to say – it’s an unbelievably outrageous – that they charge you and keep charging you for a defunct service. With zero answer by emil, phone, twitter… I won’t be going near them again.

I managed to get my money back last year but it took about three months and several emails and threats with some help from my card company.

hey thanks emmtre – I’ll keep bugging them. I also now have my bank onto them. But for a plugin in that sells itself on speeding things up – it has been a massive distraction and slowed up many other things I could be doing. I’m seriously unamused.
