billing address error

Hello,
I am having a big problem where the billing address doesn’t capture. I see it on the users profile from the backend but when I place an order, it says N/A on the receipt and for the order details it says “No billing address set”.
I don’t have it set to delete any personal data.

I have to manually go into the order and click “load billing address”. It does not populate automatically.

That is certainly unexpected behavior. Please send over some screenshots of how it’s displaying in the order emails (if that’s what you were referring to by “receipt”) and in the backend when viewing the order. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.
Also, share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

Thank you very much for providing that screenshot, and the status report.
Regarding the confirmation email, I see that you are using an Email customizer plugin. Also, although your custom theme doesn’t appear to be overriding any email template files, it may include code that could affect the users/addresses.
Please try testing with all plugins deactivated except for WooCommerce, and switch back to the default Storefront theme, then test again to see if you still have the same issue. We have a guide for this type of conflict testing here:

If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
