I’m not sure I understand your request.

First make a child theme : codex

Then add the following CSS code in the style.css file (that of child theme) :

img.site-logo {
    float: none;
    height: XXpx;
    margin-left: auto !important;
    margin-right: auto !important;
    display: block;
}

(replace XX by the size you need/want).
