Big white space above content

I hope someone can help me – I’m having the same issue as here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/twenty-eleven-remove-white-space-at-top-of-page?replies=11, however my theme files appear to be different than described.

The site is password protected by request of the client, therefore I’ve provided the code here:
