    Hi forum!

I’m having troubles showing the background image in the Big Title Section (in the Hestia theme) as can be seen in figure 1. I’m using Firefox and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I have contacted my host who claims that the image URL is shown, whereby they claim that the issue should not be from their side. My host is http://www.egensajt.se.

I’m setting the Big Title Background image through [Customizing▸ Frontpage Sections▸ Big Title Section], as can be seen in figure 1.

I have tried using different images, and have tried inactiving all plugins, to no avail. I’ve cleared browser and admin (website) cache, and I’m using a static front page.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @thetoblin,

I see you are using the parallax effect option https://prnt.sc/j9v7wo with some white images. Could you please try to change those images with other ones and try again?

    Regards,
    Rodica

    Hi Rodica!

Removing the white images in the parallax option worked! That was an easy fix! 🙂

    Thanks a lot!
    Tobias
