• I have a lot of problems here. Since WordPress 7.0 and the AA plugin update, many things have broken. This is the same problem as a while ago. Thousands of visitors see the problem every day. That has major consequences for my business operations. The question is very simple: When will the fix appear? Don’t ask about ad blockers and all sorts of problems on our end. The problem lies in your software, which I simply pay for.I have the same problem here. Since WordPress 7.0 and the AA plugin update, many things are broken. This is the same problem as a while ago. Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the trouble this is causing.

I completely understand how frustrating and stressful it is when issues appear after an update. We do take this seriously.

While we always try to fix confirmed issues as quickly as possible, WordPress setups can differ a lot depending on the theme, plugins, caching layers, ad setup, and hosting environment. In some cases, we are not able to provide a reliable fix or timeline until we can see exactly how the issue is caused and reproduce it on our end.

That is why troubleshooting steps we ask about such as checking ad blockers, conflicts, caching, or similar settings are sometimes necessary. Otherwise we might not be able to know where to look. The best way for us to investigate it properly would be access to a staging site where the problem is already reproduced. I know this may require some work from your side, but it would allow us to troubleshoot freely, faster, disable plugins, check the setup and code, and test possible fixes without risking any impact on the live site.

Could you please provide access to such a staging site if possible? If you have already contacted us through support, you can share the staging site URL and relevant details with me in the same thread. Otherwise, you can also use this form: https://wpadvancedads.com/support/

Once we can reproduce the issue, we can confirm whether it is a bug in Advanced Ads and prioritize the fix accordingly. At this point, I do not want to give you an inaccurate release date before we know what is the issue and what is causing it.

Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the impact this has on your site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

Sorry, you don’t have to fix this anymore. I’m quitting. I’m not paying for a system that keeps getting messed up halfway through. This is costing me customers, and that costs me even more. This isn’t about research. All the ads on my website were already there; they haven’t been changed, and now my website is full of white spaces. I enjoyed AA for a long time, but for the last two years, it has only caused problems. I’m moving on to another system.

OK guys what did you break today?

Not sure if there was another update today that was then pulled but the core plug in Version 2.0.22 does not work any more with the Advanced Pro version, that was released 2 weeks ago as 3.0.13 (but is recognized as 3.0.12).
