    Hello,
When I look at the Burst dashboard, it says:
    123 visitors
    946 page views

When I look at the Jetpack statistics, it says:
    Today: 394 views
Total views referenced by links to your blog: 157

So 123/157 visitors and 946/394 views.

Can you explain to me what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks a lot

    Regards,

    Laurent

    Hi Laurent,

There could be multiple reasons why the statistics do not match.

First of all, I think you are comparing two different metrics (123/157 visitors). I don’t think ‘total views referenced by links to your blog’ and ‘visitors’ are the same metric.

Another reason could be that you’re using Complianz. Complianz blocks Jetpack from tracking before consent. Burst is probably configured to track before consent.

We try to be as open and clear as possible about how we measure and display statistics. So if you have more questions or want some more elaborating, let me know! 🙂

    Kind regards,
    Hessel
