Big Bad Bug's yes it's several

When I set Captcha in the form I can Review it OK, but it does not show on my live site.
When Pie is activated with Login without captcha I get Error “ERROR: Please enter a CAPTCHA value.” have to deactivate plugins to be able to login..
Pls answer fix ASAP to [email removed – any replies should be on the forum]
