Beyond the media library

While confirming the work of this wonderful plugin, I bumped into images that weren’t in the media library at all, and weren’t used on the site, but weren’t listed for removal.

This is not a trivial addition to the plugin, but a useful one nontheless. Images that fell through the cracks of buggy historic code, left over from theme changes, plugin changes, etc, could be holding up disk space, and could even be indexed in Google Images, and cleaning them would be good.
