We provided clear documentation, screenshots with marked annotations, and step-by-step guidance to help resolve it. Our support team pointed this out multiple times throughout the conversation.
We completely respect your decision to request a refund. However, we are concerned that the reason stated publicly does not accurately reflect what occurred. The conversation history clearly shows that the problem originated from a configuration error, not a product defect.
We maintain our reputation through honest communication and transparent support, and we would never want a customer to feel unheard. That said, we also have a responsibility to our wider community to ensure that public claims are accurate.

Your tool is forcing a SUBSCRIPTION based for our product only
There is no way to ask the buyers – 1. if they want to pay in full or 2. pay in subscription
You are forcing to put the general price to match the subscription which isnt correct
I want my buyers to have a choice – if they want to buy in 1 go they need to have that option and not force to buy subscription based only
But You have conveniently HIDDEN these terms of not refunding in fine prints of refund policy which nobody reads – All professional developers refund the money but you are here to LOOT in the name of no change of minds and now FORCEFULLY I have to use it
I did share the screen shot and got no response and instead you just throw the documentation which doesnt say how to setup – 1 go payment vs subscription
My product regular price is $399 and i want the buyers to have 133 x 3 and you are asking to change the price of the regular price to $133 which is not what I am looking for
I am looking for both options either buy for $399 or pay in split payments which doesnt seem to be working
I did shared the screen shot and you are not answering my query above whether the option of single buy or split payment is possible or not
if we dont like the product after use – everybody should be entitled to REFUND
forcing people to use regardless is called LOOTING AND CHEATING only
I have provided here enough reason – if you dont want to refund consider as my DONATION to your so called company
