Better WP Security & Google Reader Links

I installed Better WP Security and when I activated it, it killed my site like flipping a switch. I couldn’t even get into the admin. I eventually was able to delete the plugin files from the admin, and that brought the site back (so not an .htaccess issue, it seems).

However, since then links from Google Feed Reader don’t work. Any links with the long ?utm_source=, etc don’t work unless you are logged into the site. Any idea on what the heck caused that and how I can reset it?
