Best profile plugin WordPress

I’m looking for a user profile plugin to achieve the following things.
Can u guys help me out and give me some suggestions.

People looking for a job at my schools signup at my wordpress registration page and need to fill in fields that contains their information.
Their also has to be a file upload field where they can store their resume.

I want an administrator to display all registered users excluding the administrators in a list. From in the list he can view the information of users and click on their resume.
The administrator needs to have the ability to edit users fields from in the user list.

I want to send an automatic e-mail to appliants that haven’t logged in after 2 weeks.
