• Hi,

Just wanted to make sure this plugin is suitable for my needs and what I would need to consider in order to use it.

I have a client who rents out office space, she has a WordPress website for the business. Basically she would like to invoice her tenants through the website. I understand that this plugin creates the invoice and sends it to the recipient via email, they then link through to the invoice on the website – is this a private page which no one else can get to? Does this page require and SSL connection? I’m guessing that the PayPal link will take the person to PayPal rather than integrate the payment form into the WordPress website? How does this work?

Sorry, a lot of questions I know.

    Kind regards
    Kevin

    Hello,

    the process is following:

    1. you create an invoice for some recipient and get it’s URL.
    2. URL is pretty unique so no one can find the invoice by the accident (you also can require authorization for users to view invoices)
    3. you can setup SSL for invoice page if you need but this is not required.
    4. if you are going to accept paypal only then when recipients click Pay they will be redirected to PayPal gateway to complete transaction.
    5. the invoice will be automatically marked as PAID once transaction is complete on PayPal

    Thanks.

Great thanks for replying Anton, will this work with just a standard PayPal account – there’s nothing special required is there?

I think so, if your PayPal account can accept payments then yes. But this is not related to the plugin. You actually can setup sandbox account and test it.
