Best plugin for Bootstrap inclusion!

I really liked the plugin. It has many useful options.
Though I have a question… My theme has been built on bootstrap (its the Divi theme by elegant themes, btw), but it doesn’t have the full bootstrap instalation. They may have chopped some things out. So I used EBS to add bootstrap from EBS itself. It broke some of the theme’s styles. What’s the best way to solve this kind of conflicts?
