Best Photo Gallery?

So Im messing with WordPress and getting myself used to it and getting work doug what plugins I want and how to set things up so that when the official site is hosted (when I have money), Ill be ready to hit the ground running. So for now, the test site is at http://secrettrance.net/wordpress/ I`m still working out what I want the appearance to look like, maybe one day I can get/hire someone to help me with that.

Anyhow, Im looking for a good photo gallery to use to post my artwork with. I want it to track view, have a rating system, use a category system, I can title it and have a description with keywords/tags. -Ideally- Id like to have different adult ratings (G, PG, PG13, etc) so that anything thats adult rated can be hidden from public eye so kiddies dont wander in on it and I get backlash for it. I just dont want to have some 8 year old come into my site and see an art piece I made that has blood in it even though I do have some My Little Pony fan art in there. I like doing a range of art pieces so I know I have some content that are kid-friendly and others arent. Any recommendations on what I could do/what plugin to use for my photo/art gallery?
