We have a client who has a directory on their site that is old and outdated. We bought your plugin with the anticipation for using it to replace their old directory. However, our client has well over 80 listings in their database. We want to be able to move those listings over to this new database without doing too much work. We found that there was no feature to import or export any CSVs but after doing research we found that there was a plugin called ‘wordpress importer’ that we could use in conjunction with directorist. But now we have to figure out the layout in which a CSV has to be made in order for directionist to properly receive all of these listings. Can one be provided? We really don’t want to have manually re-implement all of these listings

  • Hello sbobofcs,

i had the same problem a few months ago with over 1200 listings in an old database. I’ve decuded to manuasl import them,
    Results:
Over a 4 year period over 85% website addresses changed from Http to Https,
15% of the listings changed from landline to mobile,
    10% moved
That on a database which is checked at least once every 2 years!

With 80 addresses and 8 already placed you should be ready and have a clean databasen within a few hours!

So there is no way to do this then? We have no choice but to manually implement the listings?
