Best Approach

Hello,
I have a tech help blog that provides my users with little hacks and tidbits to help them with a number of things…
My question is I also want to blog some of my own ramblings. Like I will be taking a trip and would like to blog the trip. Updates with pictures/posts of my experience.

My thought would be to create a page and add posts to the page. I see that I can create a page, but when I post unde rthat page I get direct links…

What I want to do is have a separate page for my personal blog. I would like to have individual posts underneath that page.

What is the best approach to do this???
