Before I buy question

I saw the video and read some tutorial.
I want to know if this plugin can do want I what and if I need something else do install with and how to apply all the things I want.

I want to be able to let people load their products and sell them to other people, I need to seller be able to track their sells and the buyer be able to track their buys.
I want only register people can buy and sell staff.
I want the site owner get percent from the sells.

Can I do all of this with this plugin?
