Beaver Builder Plugin (Lite Version) causing error when updated to 2.11.0.5

    The site freezes on a white screen when updating from Version 2.10.3.2 to 2.11.0.4.

    Other versions may also cause an error on the site.

    Two clients reported site failures today, requiring a manual update or reversion to an older version.

    Error in log:
    [11-Sep-2026 10:06:28 UTC] PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “ID” on null in
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/classes/class-fl-builder-model.php on line 233

    The method I used to recover (since updating within the dashboard results in error) was to:
    1. delete the preexisting version of Beaver Builder Plugin (Lite Version)
    2. then use the repository to reinstall Beaver Builder Page Builder – Drag and Drop Website Builder from
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/
