Beauty and Clean Theme Problems

I am having problems with the Beauty and Clean template.

When I go under themes, it says that the options for the theme is to have a header. However, when I try to upload a header, it does not do anything. Nothing shows up after uploading.

Also, How do I put links within a page? I am making a website for my spa. I want one of the tabs at the top to be services. Then under services, I would like ppl to clink on the type of service to be directed to the right page.

One more thing, is there a way to play music on the background?
