BBPress Installation Error 550

I Recently installed BBPress to My WordPress site and something happened and not all the Files Transfered over. i Deleted it in the Dashboard and Procedded to install it again. What i got was

Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/bbpress.2.0-rc-3.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/7592283/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bbpress/

Plugin install failed.

I know i deleted it so i went Directly into the FTP and looked and saw that the bbpress File was still there. so i Took that folder and Moved it to my desktop to get rid of it. I got a Error 550 code. It said the File didnt exist.

I have no Idea what to do. Please Help a Buddy out.
