bbpress and pluging=s

    When you have bbpress, the plugins for normal wordpress also apply to bbpress?
    Or, bbpress is a separate plugin by itself and if so how does plugins for bbpress work? I mean we can find thousands of plugins for wordpress and how about bbpress?

    BBPress is a plugin for WordPress and can work with many WP plugins, as well as an ecosystem of plugins that are aimed specifically at extending bbpress.

    I’ve never seen where pluging=s so I’m guessing that’s a typo.

    BBPress runs under WordPress so most plugins will have some effect on BBPress as needed. Most themes I’ve seen will work just fine with BBPress also.

    The best advice I can give you is to backup then install BBPress and look to see how things work for you. If you have issues at all I’d imagine they’d only be with the BBPress install. If you have issues at that point ask on the BBPress forum but I’m thinking you will like the results. BBPress is a great way to add a forum to your WordPress.
