BBC News Block Data

I have code that pulls in the top 3 stories from the BBC World News plus the small pix that go with them. I would like to insert it into a sidebar as a regular feature or as a “sticky” as the default first blog. The information updates frequently and is nifty.
It is written in php and it is on my cpgNuke site. Any suggestions on how I could incorporate it into a WP site with as little pain as possible?
