@garath Davis – Do you have any NextGEN Gallery configuration settings in your wp-config.php file or does this happen if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

When I switch to 2015 it’s working but when I switch back to custom theme it stops and my wp-config.php doesn’t have any references to NextGen Gallery any ideas?
