    Hi,

    I installed the plugin, followed the guided instructions to get started with ads. Ads were running. I stopped them as I try to figure the below out first:

    1. how do I make the product ads only for people in the U.S.? Is it possible to further narrow them down to people who like certain pages/accounts on Facebook and Instagram?

    2. How do I exclude products from being advertised? I figured out how to exclude categories but by product I don’t know.

    Thanks in advance. Figured it would be easier to ask.

    From your site dashboard, go to Marketing > Facebook and click on “Get more catalog sales“

    When setting up your ad there, you’ll find an option to define your Audience, there are two options presented, and in each, you can fine-tune your audience by clicking on the pencil icon here:

    For more details on fine-tuning your audience, though, it’s best to reach out to Facebook as that’s on their side! 🙂

    2. How do I exclude products from being advertised? I figured out how to exclude categories but by product I don’t know.

    When clicking on the “Select products” button you’ll get a pop up with all of your products that you can then deselect as per your needs.

    Helps a ton. Thank you! Is there a way on the WordPress side to indicate whether you want a specific product to be advertised or not? perhaps at specific product post?

    Hey, @paulbuijs!

    Yes, it is possible to do this on the product editor.

    On the product data area, there will be a field for Facebook Sync and you can choose to sync the product or not.

    You can find more about this in this guide.

    You can also do this with categories, if you have a lot of products you don’t want to sync. You can find more about this in this guide.
