    Hi,

Please check the bug that exists on Elementor widget – Basic Gallery.
After adding a custom gap between images, that gap on the mobile version is added on all sides of the images and then that page can be scrolled right – left.
On the mobile version, there should be no space around the images, but only below the images. Can this be fixed, to cancel the images side gap for the mobile version?

    Situation:
Add a Basic Gallery, and set the custom gap to 100px. Save the settings and in Inpect select dimensions: Samsung Galaxy S8+ ot on private phone.
    Theme: Hello Elementor.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Yes, on the link you can see how I access the link from your previous message where you can see that there is a gap.
When you go to moredecore.ba/test, don’t you see the problem?? The problem exists 100%. We can’t make a hundred mistakes, and I’m not the only one who tried. Only you don’t see problem.

I also send the widget settings on the link. Make sure that overflow:hidden is not turned on on the element that contains the Basic Gallery.

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

I literally sent you a link with pictures where you can see that only Elementor is active, did you take a look because I’m trying and sending you what you’re looking for? There are no experiments, everything is turned off.
Please, is it a problem to find a solution and report such an OBVIOUS problem to the developers?

[ Please do not bump. ]
