basic and easy-some support docs would be appreciated

i just installed it and i managed to set some personalisation on the child them (basically on the menus) and it works.
i would have appreciated, as i am not an expert of child themes, a mini guide for using the settings. like.. i am not sure if clicking on “child them” on aspect and adding/copying all the php/css files suggested was correct. i just thought it was. but so far it works and it is easy. thanks!
