just create a page and set it as a base page in anspress option under setting. and its done.
You do not need any shortcode in that page.

what to do that page show the Question categories ? ( with answer in it).
actually i need to show the Anspress main page to users. i can get access to ask question and answer module, but not main page.
In next version I will add this feature of showing question categories. and also update my theme structure too.
But if you are familiar with WP programming then you can do this by WP_Query. if not then Kindly wait till next update.

make sure this anspress page was selected as a base page in AnsPress config.
And save your settings.
Also try once deactivate plugin then re activate it. This will flush the rewrite rule.
please tell me the original name of Page that will show the list of questions. is it Consulting?
Just create a new page then go to anspress config and now set newly created page as base page. And save. Now you can see all your questin on that page. Remember to add that page to menu.

There is something wrong out there. I suggest you do wait for the next version. i am doing some theme modification.
