Banner Slider Does Not Work

    The banner slider AutoTimeout and AutoPlay do not work. It will only transition to one image, instead of transitioning to each image, one after another.

    This theme is broken, I advice everyone to not use it, if there are any users active in this support thread, I ask for any assistance.

    Having no support respond to open support tickets in the Support > Theme:Cactus makes me think the pro version is not worth buying. 🙁

    There are no tickets here. This is a volunteer supported theme and this is a support topic. That’s not semantics; you’re not a customer here, you are a user.

    If you don’t like the volunteer support then consider using another free theme.

    Issue resolved: I found a new theme.

    I have found a new theme to use, and paid good money for it as well. I was afraid that the errors that exist with the free version also exist with the paid version.
