after the update to version 6.0 the banner doesn’t appear on front- and backend anymore.

console error: /uploads/complianz/css/banner-1-optin.css?v=7 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

any idea what i can do about it? thanks in advance!

It looks like the css file is not generated:

The file:
http://www.fluechtlingshilfe-castrop.de/wp-content/uploads/complianz/css/banner-1-optin.css

does not exist.

This could mean you have write protected your uploads directory. Can you check if that is the case?

As of 6.0.1, the plugin shows a warning about this in the dashboard.

that was the problem indeed and it’s working now 🙂

version 6.0.1 is showing a warning now (the link https://complianz.io/folder-permissions is 404, fyi)

Hello @rogierlankhorst

[v6.0.1] I had the same error, for me I had to enable “Custom CSS” save the settings to generate this file and disable again this option.
