Banner Not Displaying

    Hi, I’m a first time user and have used a competitor in the past so I have an idea about setup.

    I have been through the wizard, configured the banner, previewed the banner BUT it will not display on the site.

    As far as I can tell if ‘Enable displaying the consent banner on your website’ is active it should display right?

    Not sure what has gone wrong. Any help much appreciated.

    Quick update. I’ve just noticed that it is only the Homepage where the banner doesn’t show.

    Not sure if there is some sort of delay when you change settings. I set up the banner and it worked on all pages except the Home page. I’ve made subsequent design/wording/colour changes and updated and now different pages are showing different versions of the banner.

    Following on from above the banner did display on the Home page once when I was logged into the Divi builder which I use for building websites. Not seen on any other PC/Device that I have.

    For anyone seeing this thread, I use SiteGround to host and I resolved this by purging the SG Cache. It then showed correctly on all pages.
