• Hello everyone!

I work at a non-profit and we are using WordPress for our new website, but I am having a little trouble with one thing.

There was a large area for a banner, which we have filled with a banner, but there is this random color block and sub-menu over the banner. I am including a link to a screen shot, because that is probably not the best description! Site Screenshot

The theme is HELP, and can be found here. [ Link fixed ]

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Thank you!

Hello! That site you linked to is pushing “nulled” themes meaning commercial products that they’ve acquired and post links to file share sites.

I know you’re a non-profit but if you’re going to use commercial themes then you may want to stick to the original provider. It’s safer for you that way.

I’ve never seen a site share those files out of the goodness of their hearts. Often those themes contain malware to hack your web site. It’s the number one reason why you should avoid those sites like the plague.

Or try one of these, there’s many to choose from.

The filter may help you too.

As that’s a commercial product normally this is what I reply with. We don’t have access to the code (nor want access to that commercial product).

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
