Banner Area Expansion

    I am using the latest version of the Free Virtue Theme and Love it!!
    If you look at http://www.ccscadmin.com you will see the beginning of a web site that I am developing for a friend.
    I would like to move the sidebar widget (widget-inner”) up next to and within the banner area. The current banner image will be widened out a bit from what it is now.

    My graphics person combined the banner and picture into one images so I no longer need this question answered.
