Header Image and menu duplicated?!

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone is able to help…

I don’t know what I’ve done to my blog, but the header image and menu have both been duplicated.

I tried to add in some coding last night for Nuffnang under “Main Index Template” and “Theme Header”. After I done that, the menu etc duplicated. I took all the coding out so it was exactly the same as before.

I deleted the header image and re-added but this didn’t work. I also deleted the menu but it’s still there on the blog just showing with no pages. I’m not really a coding genius so please help in simple terms!
