Hi @jacquinf ,
Thanks for reaching out. I checked, and the consent banner displays correctly on my end, so this isn’t a WordPress issue.
Looking at your configuration, I can see you have “Respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control” enabled (do_not_track_enabled: "1"). With that setting on, Complianz intentionally does not show the banner to visitors whose browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. Their consent simply defaults to denied, so there’s nothing to ask.
That’s the cause in the large majority of these cases. Firefox (especially in Private Browsing) sends Global Privacy Control by default, and many ad blockers and privacy extensions send DNT/GPC as well, which is why the banner doesn’t appear for those visitors.
Could you please test from a browser without privacy extensions, ideally in a clean session (cleared cache and cookies)? The banner should show normally there. And if you’d prefer it to appear even for GPC/DNT visitors, you can set “Respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control?” to No in the Complianz settings.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Antonio
