Banned from Forums

For some reason my IP is banned from the forums – I cannot get on it from home. I don’t know whether it’s because I had too many invalid login attempts, or because my ISP assigns shared IPs to different regions. I have tried asking this in the forums mailing list, but with no results. So I ask here…help?

There are no IP bans.
‘cannot get on it’ – can you see it? If you were at home, what would you see?
