Sorry that is not possible with the plugin.
I think you should use this plugin. This is better for this kind of problem.

That’s not possible with my plugin (wp-ban-manager) either. Sorry!
With the WP Ban plugin, it’s only blocking an IP from accessing my blog home page (my friend tested it for me). However, she is able to click on blog posts. How can I block and IP from ALL pages on my domain?
The plugin does not even do that. It only bans commenting from an IP or username, it never blocks people from entirely seeing your site.
It actually did block her from seeing my site when she tried to access the home page alone.
The plugin page doesn’t say anything about only blocking comments, so now I’m confused!
Here is what it says:
“Ban users by IP, IP Range, host name, user agent and referrer url from VISITING your WordPress’s blog.”

Ah, sorry. Got a message and thought it was about my plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ban-manager/ π
No worries! In fact, I’m going to check out your plugin, because the initial problem I actually was trying to address was blocking someone from commenting. π
Just installed your plugin and trying it out now. In your plugin settings, it looks like there’s supposed to be a drop down for “Ban Type” but no options drop down.
@zephyrhillblog: this plugin blocks user from accessing your site. Not just commenting but the whole site.
That’s what I thought, too, but I banned my friend and she did a test and it only blocked her from my home page. She clicked on a blog post and was able to access it.
Is she using a caching plugin or something? Because I just tried on my dev install and I can’t reproduce the problem. See the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/gXAyUtf.png
No caching plugin. Not sure why the ban didn’t work for her.
