Hi @krsp ,
Per https://docs.krokedil.com/article/267-klarna-checkout-error-codes, please verify the currency in your store compared to the currency supported for your Klarna account. If you provide a correlation_id for the error (which is returned with the BAD_VALUE error), I can check the Klarna logs and your account configuration and/or Klarna merchant support (https://docs.krokedil.com/article/304-klarna-contact-merchant-support) can also check that for you.

Hi Kristi, I am new to Klarna, and don’t know where to find the purchase currency on the klarna side. I checked on Woocommerce that the currency was correct eg SEK. I setup a playground store space to use the api keys, but couldn’t get past the bad value in woo. I will try and locate the correlation_id as per your message.
Hi again @krsp ,
I can also review the Klarna logs if you share your store URL. Klarna playground / test API credentials usually support multiple currencies, including SEK, so good to also confirm that the order’s address matches the currency. For SEK, are you testing with a Swedish address? Klarna Payments requires the currency match the address, as documented at: https://developers.klarna.com/documentation/klarna-payments/in-depth-knowledge/puchase-countries-currencies-locales/
Closing as incomplete per above, but we or Klarna Merchant support are available if further support is needed.
