How can you say “Bad support, plugin contains critical errors” when you have not bothered to seek support for this plugin?

Because When you paid for professional plugins you must take support as tickets system or email.
They offer support for paid plugin same as they offer to free version.
You can review there website to see that they must offer unlimited support for 1 year, not limited as free version.
I asked for help but they refuse to answer
