It took a while but eventually all issues were resolved.

@travelton0485 – I’m honestly confused by this review.

You opened 4 different support tickets with us, and we replied quickly to all of them. You viewed our answers every time, but you never replied back (we can see this in our support system).

None of your tickets were about filters. Also, we have never asked anyone to pay extra to fix bugs in our own product. In fact, we usually do more than expected: we give custom code, release updates, and try hard to make users happy.

I checked our support database again. We only have 4 tickets from you, on different days, and none of them mention the filters issue you’re talking about.

Leaving a bad review for features we don’t even have feels strange. It’s like giving a bad rating to a car because it can’t fly. (This, specifically: They also have no extra function on showing variabel active filters so you have to copy galleries. )

I really hope this review was posted by mistake and was meant for a different product.
