Bad Plugin -Locked out, password changed, email doesn't work

    You’ll need to be able to FTP into your web server to reset your plugins directory.

    Hi there,

    Used Filezilla to try and access the site. It either times me out or says my password authentication failed. Can’t access the site even through Filezilla :/

    FTP access through some hosts are not as straight forward as it should be. You should be able to access a file manager through your hosting cPanel where you can delete the problem plugin’s folder.

    It’d be a good idea to ensure you have FTP access for the future. Getting it working may be as simple as adding a FTP user through cPanel. If you still have problems with FTP, take the issue up with your host.
