Bad Performance

We are sorry to know about your trouble in getting a performance. First of all, Performance is one of the top priority for us. We are behind to make a web as fast as possible. We have 20,000+ active Websites of The Plus Addons and 50,000+ active websites of our all products combined. That means, There will be millions visitors on those all sites combined. If we can save even micro seconds for those visitors, We can save lots of human time, server processing, Internet bandwidth and indirectly our environment by reducing the carbon footprint. We take this thing very sincerely while working on any of our products.

Now, If we talk about all your issues.

Numerous files for each page: Can you explain that in more depth? Which files you are mentioning here? Is that about cache files or any other files?

Icon Library: As @vincentbao suggested, You can disable that.

We do not load unnecessary or huge CSS or JS files on site. We have most advanced assets loading algorithm, Which generated 1 combined-minified CSS & JS per page based on widgets used on that page. Which improves performance drastically, even without using any caching plugin. If you use one widget on page, It will loads CSS & JS of one widget only. If you have multiple widgets on page, It will combine & minify all CSS & JS of all those widgets in one CSS and one JS file. Which will optimise all code and give only 2 request on that page.

High CPU Usage : Would you please use any APM to track what is giving load on your server? We do not have any code which runs in the background or have a heavy impact on server.
