• A collection of shortcodes embedded in the Elementor editor which breaks the UI / UX and cause efficiency and productivity to be lost. Bad choice. I advise against.

    Hi @momo-fr,

    Thanks for your feedback!

We agree that deeper integration with the Elementor Editor would be more convenient. However, our widgets are different from other Elementor add-ons. Our widgets are cloud solutions and actually this plugin is an integration of Elementor and our service. With the way our plugins work, you don’t need to use shortcodes. Elfsight service has its own Editor for configuring widgets, and unfortunately, it is technically impossible to be implemented in the Elementor Editor. Our editor has his own preview and you can always see the changes in it.

In the case of the installation widget with a short code, all you need to do is just to go to the Elements Tab and choose the required plugin from the WordPress plugins list. We totally agree this way is rather complicated than the first variant, so we recommend that you opt for simple integration with the cloud-based Elfsight widgets.

We have a lot of Elementor users, who find our widgets really convenient and useful for reaching their website goals. Also, we always provide premium support at any stage of the widget customization/installation, so everyone who needs our guidance is very welcome to request for our help. We’re terribly sorry you had a really bad experience using our plugin.
    Please accept our apologies again!

    Best regards,
    Elfsight Team
