    I’d love to help. Can you please confirm:
    – the version of WordPress you are on
    – which theme you are using
    – Which browser your are using

    Also, when you say settings link do you mean the menu link inside wp admin area?

    Is there a screen shot or actual error message you can share?

    Can you check if it’s still occurring? Could have been a load spike/timeout or other network issue beyond our control…
