  • Honestly, can’t say much about this company.
    I applied for their tool about 18 months ago after looking for a tool to pull leads into from my favcebook ads. After it not being able to meet my expectations, I went on not using the app for 17 months and not canceling my account, my accountant mentioned that I have been getting charged every month for the last 17 months.

    I went ahead and called the Woobox team to get this sorted and refunded but they mentioned that theres nothing they can do since I never opted out.
    Though I do understand your TOS, I am also the owner of a SAAS company, and when a customer comes to me with something like this, their purchase is refunded due to me understanding the issue at hand.

    I just believe the way they do business is very disingenuous.
    Be warned.
