My first review was that the plugin had some errors in my opinion.
The developer of Free PDF to Flipbook responded very quickly and within 1 hour and 50 minutes the plugin was almost rewritten into a very awesome plugin that quickly and easily converts a PDF file into a Flipbook.
Thanks to the developer of Free PDF to Flipbook.

The magnifying glass cursor is only activated inside the flipbook. If you’re seeing it across the entire website, it’s likely due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. We recommend temporarily disabling other plugins to identify the cause.

Regarding PDF uploads, the plugin uses the standard WordPress file upload mechanism. Files are uploaded from your computer and correctly stored in the WordPress Media Library, where they remain accessible like any other media file.

Before writing this review I went through the standard procedures. The only plugin that caused problems was Free PDF to Flipbook.

The way the plugin uploads is a matter of taste, but you cannot use PDF files that are already in the media folder in the current way.

We have added options to upload from Media Library and we changed the css of mouse cursor

If you want you can update and test last version.

    You did it 🙂
    Awesome and so quickly.

It looks fine from here and works as it should. I will change my rating in a bit.
